Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you've purchased. We accept returns for size exchange or store credit.
Returns are available for all items except undergarments, swimwear and sale merchandise. We will not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items and preorder items. When you receive your packages, do inspect for any faults and give us a beep within 5 working days.
Contact us at email@example.com or message us on +65 9621 1211 to notify us of a product exchange or return prior. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email.
For your return to be accepted, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days (30 working days for international customers) from the date parcel was delivered. A credit note will be issued upon receipt of your item. It will be valid for 90 days. You may utilize the credit note on any item (including sale merchandise). Credit issued can only be used in a single transaction and balance amounts will not be refunded.
Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery.
All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. We reserve the right to reject items that appear to have been used. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.
